Vario Line HT Jiger
The machine equipped with stepless adjustable fabric tension control; it has been designed for ideal dyeing of PES and mixtures fabrics up to 4000 mm width at high temperatures reaching 143 degrees. If desired, it can minimize processing time thanks to the fabric speed that can reach up to 200 meters per minute and the high performance of heat exchanger. With the newly designed circulation system, it ensures fixed heat and dye concentration in complete bathing.
Ultra Jigger AT
This universal Jigger, designed for bleaching, dyeing and washing of sensitive woven fabrics such as Nylon, Viscose, Cotton, Perlon, Silk, is a product of modern engineering work. It guarantees a constant fabric tension (0-1000N) in a wide range from very delicate fabrics to very heavy fabrics.
This model, which provides a controlled filling and unloading, automatic Jigger operation at a fabric speed of 150 m/min, with an infinitely adjustable fabric tension between 0-1000N, also provides consumption control thanks to its energy control.
Lab Jigger
