PROVAL V500 valves with pneumatic piston, which are resistant to a pressure class up to 16 bar and are produced from AISI316 stainless steel between DN 10 and DN 80, are normally offered to the market with BSP threaded fasteners and in closed return types. The vaves are manufactured optionally in different types such as open spring return types, with double acting actuators or socket fusion or flanged connection.
Tha valves the body and pistons of which are manufactured from stainless steel, fit all kinds of corrosive fluid ambient. With the accessories such as PROVAL A241 3/2 direction valves, limit switches and speed control valves and with on/off or PROVAL A238 series positioners, they also offer reliable process control solutions in the proportional flow applications. Sealing components made of FKM and PTFE certifies that the valves are suitable for use in the process conditions between -20°C and +180°C
With low pressure loss and high flow rates, PROVAL V500 Series pneumatic piston valves with spring load V ring gland seal system enables flow control in the process lines with vibration and frequent on and offs.
