Indicating that the machinery they had manufactured, were developed in the wake of conducting long R & D practices, all being secured by a patent, Mr. Cüneyt İşman quoted his wordings as follows; “We placed great emphasis on R & D practices while manufacturing our machines. We have produced machines, which do not have any duplication and that are also guaranteed to function for many years. Moreover, we have put our signature under very crucial practices, especially on software and metallurgy. With our exclusive software and long-lasting metal components, we are making our mark by conducting our production with high quality standards at European level.”

Pro-SMH ensures superior quality and efficiency in its machines, owing to the high-quality components being used as well as the cooperation carried out with World-famous specialized brands. Explaining that they were working together with world-famous manufacturers for the components used in their machines, Mr. İşman also stated that they were able to offer their customers product lifetime warranties that lasted for many years, in connection with the quality of the supplies used in their machines.
Pro-SMH Provides Worldwide Service With its European Sales Office
Additionally, responding to our questions regarding their sales operations, Mr. İşman noted that in a similar manner, also in this area they were working together with leading names having an international experience. Mr. İşman indicated that Mr. Alfred Esser, who had previously carried out successful practices within the structure of Moenus Group (Sucker, Babcock, Krantz, Stentex), was currently assigned as the World Sales Director of Pro-SMH, which is based in Germany and successfully executing his position.
Mr. İşman also issuing assessments regarding the sales office, which was based in Mönchengladbach, Germany, quoted his wordings as follows, “In parallel with Turkey, we are also establishing an R & D Center in Germany. Our cooperation with various universities regarding this topic, are proceeding. We are carrying out several projects together in this area.”
Innovations in Sizing Machines
Emphasizing that through the R & D activities initiated two years ago they provided the machines with a quality, guaranteed for many years, Mr. İşman explained that they were presenting their customers the various features taking place within the dyeing, sizing and direct warping machines and stated that until today, their sales operations had been carried out with many global leading companies positioned on the domestic as well as international platform. Stating that they had conveyed the information and experience obtained from the company Sucker also into their sizing machines, Mr. Cüneyt İşman summarized their operations regarding the sizing machines, quoted as; “Our sizing machines have been designed as double nip and double dip with a conventional size box, which is the sizing machine that is preferred and renowned world-wide. In addition, our machines contain very exclusive dryer features. With each innovation designed, the aim is focused on the sturdily sizing of the yarn and to increase the efficiency of the weaving mill. Furthermore, we are also planning to exhibit our next generation size box, the PRO Power Size Box (with pre-wash and without pre-wash) at the KTM 2017.
Significant Advantages for Denim Mills
Mr. İşman stating that unlike other manufacturers they had developed a dye box named as Powerbox, for the Indigo, specifically for the denim industry, provided the following information; “With this product, the best elongation degree of penetration applied on warp yarns has been provided. In addition, natural oxidation or power oxidation units can be made available upon customer request. In this way, mills gain considerable advantages. We produce the only Slasher Indigo machines with 2 meters working width. We have the doublehead technology. Also we have the tech called FLYING CHANGE which prevents damages to yarn in process in machine when the machine stops. It saves a lot!” Mr. İşman also added that among the machines commenced into mass production, 3 had been delivered to worldwide companies and 8 were on the production line. Mr. İşman also indicated that the new machines were receiving a great deal of interest owing to the advantages it provided. The other advantages of our machinery are; with 20 years of expertise’s in field, production, process, Proper stability on machine due to very precise tension control capability. Even density throughout the machine, % 90 faster startup time which results high productivity & Low production cost, one of the most important innovation is; Machine is developed & equipped by an auto-system. After Grinding or re-coating rollers, automatic speed synchronization facility will correct all readings & keep the machine on right settings throughout the m/c life with minimum stops at batch.
Direct Warping Machinery
Upon direct warping machinery, Mr. İşman quoted the following, “In line with our previous experiences, the headstock section as well as the warping creel in our direct warping machines, have been specially designed. Here, with the tension system in the creel and the measuring system in the headstock, we are able to obtain a 100% equal and perfectly controlled process in warp beams.”
Pro-SMH Will Take Place In KTM 2017 With Its Innovations
Pro-SMH, receiving a great deal of interest from the textile manufacturers at the Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Exhibition held in 2016, will also be participating at the KTM 2017 Exhibition to be held between the dates of 6-8 April 2017 and present their innovations to the industry. Mr. İşman indicating that they would be participating in the exhibition with machines that have been attracting the attention of the denim industry in the recent years quoted his wordings as follows, “Kahramanmaraş, has a significant potential in the areas of weaving, yarn production and dyeing. Above all, in the recent years it has become Turkey’s denim center. At KTM 2016, we attracted intensive attention with our machines. Many of our customers had a hard time believing that it was domestically produced. We believe that we will be also receiving great interest at the KTM 2017 with developments taking place in the denim industry.”
