TX500-1800DS
With a class-leading 150 m2/h print speed, the Mimaki TX500-1800DS prints directly to polyester fabrics which are prepared for digital printing. Perfectly suited to high quality textile point-of-sale, light boxes, flags, mesh and all types of soft signage, the TX500-1800DS removes the need for transfer paper where the application permits.
The printing errors are reduced in high-speed mode thanks to Advanced Pass System which was developed by Mimaki engineers and the use of dye in bottle is provided thanks to Degassing Module (MDM-20). TX500-1800DS, which provides an improved print clarity thanks to the Mist Absorbing Filter, offers a media roll handling up to 300 mm diameter and maximum weight of 60 kg.
TX500-1800B
Printing 60 square meters per second with the possibility of printing up to 8 colours and 600x450 dpi resolutions, Mimaki TX500-1800B saves time for the enterprises looking for a fast solution in limited production. This new model can print wide range of diversity including cotton, silk and rayon fabrics with such choices as acid and pigment dye, sublimation dye, reactive dye. Thanks to its automatic function, TX500-1800B provides the possibility to clean and dry out the conveyor belt during the printing to prevent staining and wetting of the fabric.
TX400-1800D
TX400-1800D, which offers double-sided printing feature at high speeds and precise drop mode, provides printing opportunities with high quality printing and full colour depth. The most important feature of TX400-1800D is that the ink drop sizes can be selected according to the intended design. TX400-1800D, which offers continuous printing thanks to Mimaki's Uninterrupted Ink Supply System, includes 16 loading slots for 2L ink container each.
TS5-1600AMF
TS5-1600AMF, which is a high speed transfer printing machine, can make high-volume production thanks to its production capacity of 58 square meters per hour and continuous dyeing supply system. TS5-1600AMF, which has such features as fast drying and high density dye sublimation ink (4 and 6 colours), can feed heavy rolls of transfer paper and thin and flimsy media stably with the automatic media feeder. In TS5-1600AMF, the printer cartridges reach a reliable and continuous dye injection thanks to MBIS developed by Mimaki.
Mimaki Will Exhibit Its Latest innovations in FESPA 2014
Mimaki will exhibit JFX200-2513 UV inkjet and Tx500-1800DS printing machines in Fespa 2014, which is considered as the most important event of printing technology and will be held on 20-23 May in Munich. Mimaki Europe Marketing General Manager, Mike Horsten stated that: ''Fespa, which we attend this year with the theme ''Together We Create'', is a platform where the printing sector comes together for innovations. We, as Mimaki, exhibit our innovations in this event. We manufacture wide-format inkjet printers and cutting machines for many sector, but especially for textile industry. We give particular importance for the cost and quality demands received from customers when we produce our machines.
Thanks to JFX200-2513 UV and Tx500-1800DS which will be exhibited in the event, the fashion designers and the other manufacturers in the industry will have an opportunity to print fabrics, which have different quality, with bright and vibrant colours for low-volume productions. This feature wasn’t enabled with previous digital printing machines. This opportunity will be available for cotton, silk, rayon fabrics as well as all other fabrics which are popular in fashion world. Once again, we showed our sensitivity and commitment to the environment by consuming less dye and water with our machines producing less waste.’’
