Two companies, Dollfus&Noack and Manufacturer Muller got into a partnership for the establishment of Dollfus&Muller, which has been operating since 200 years in the field of textile finishing industry. With its new finishing technology, the company creates difference in the sector.
Thanks to Dollfus&Muller felts which are used for calendaring and compression machines, this situation improves fabric handle. Dollfus&Muller, also developed heat-resistant felts made from fibre nomex to be used for thermo fixing.
Knitted Fabrics
Open mesh belts made by Dollfus&Muller are used for drying and stabilizing the fabric in finishing machines. As the fabric tensed in the previous processes needs to be relaxed, this process is carried out in Dollfus&Muller by either applying hot air to the fabric between 2 bands or by crimping the fabric with the other mechanic devices.
Dollfus&Muller which supplies different types of teflon-coated plates of various thickness levels used in the drying and compression machines for better intake of the knitted fabrics and adjusting the drifts has a comprehensive open mesh conveyor series used in the printing dryers.
TAMIP HT 500 NR
It introduced TAMIP HT 500NR which is the new open mesh drying belt where the printed fabric is entered into the dryer for the drying process and dried with the open mesh conveyor allowing the hot air circulation. This band was specially developed by the bed and home textile manufacturers for use in the pigment printing. The band in question functions at high temperatures up to 200 C and at high speed up to 110 meters in a minute with wide machines of 4 meters.
