The new generation vertical brushing machine CSM 6 developed by Has Group with ‘moving parts’ and ‘free action’ technologies offers innovative solutions for the industry’s needs.
Separate motion capability was provided for all brush and tension cylinder groups thanks to the “Moving parts” technology. Thus, it is aimed to reduce the flap difference problem encountered during the brushing process of woven fabrics.
The ‘Free action’ technology enables to control the rotation directions and speeds of all brushes individually. Thus, it is aimed to get different brush effects from the same fabric by adjusting the speed and rotations of brushes.
Different Effects in Weaving and Denim Fabrics
These new technologies help to overcome the flap difference problem encountered in mills working with weaving and denim fabrics and offer customers different effects from the same fabrics.
The inverter controlled drafting and feeding cylinder, which enables the fabric to be inserted sensitively to the machines from the dock and trolley with the required tension, is optional on the CSM 6. The tension control is provided with Loadcell automatically within the machine. There are 3 loadcells on the machine in total, out of 2 are within the machine and 1 is on the swinging unit. The Touch-Screen operator panel enables to monitor all machine functions and several procedures easily and quickly.
