Morrison Textile Machinery, the first preference of innovative and high quality producer of global denim manufacturers, has reached the peak with the sales records during 2017. Vice President of Sales David Emrey shared his opinions about sales figures of 2017 and he said “I’m pleased to announce we’ve enjoyed successes during 2017 and have built a substantial backlog going into this year. Our Morrison Denim Systems line of equipment continues to dominate our sales. The new Peak Washer which saves water and improves rebeaming efficiencies have become a popular choice for washing applications on rope dye ranges.
Emrey has also shared information about the most preferred machine lines with the sales achievements they have reached and he said ‘’ They are included, as well as our BW 450 Ball Warpers and RB 550 Long Chain Beamers in 6 of the last 8 new dye ranges sold. All but one of the new ranges are 96” wide which provides the best value and production capability for the investment. Interest has also increased in fashion style dye ranges which offer a wide range of dyeing configurations along with features that allow for running lighter weight yarns.”
Historically denim had always been manufactured as woven fabric but in recent years there’s been a demand for knitted denim. We’ve just installed our first Morrison Indigo rope paint machine lines which will exclusively run ropes for knitting; therefore, no looms will be in the plant naturally.
David Emrey continued to his speech: ‘’Our commitment to build heavy duty equipment with only the best technology and materials have proven to be worth the investment. Many of our customers with older machines have been upgrading them with our new drive/controls conversions because the machines mechanically are in fine shape but the drives and controls have become obsolete. We have proven these upgrades with these additional improvements that will make the machines perform better than they ever had and close to the performance of new equipment at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire machine.
We continue to work on new innovations in both our denim dyeing and finishing equipment which will be available in the near future.

In China, SF Rubber Belt Units with solid stainless steel shrinking drums were sold to: Zhejiang Jinsou Textile Co., Ltd. , Weifang Lantian Textiles Co., Ltd., Xinxiang Xinke Protective Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai Xietong Ltd., Foshan Feng Ze Textile Factory Co., Ltd.
