Monforts, the dyeing and finishing machinery manufacturer, which is the first company to offer the heat recovery module in all its machines, will highlight the issues of energy saving solutions and environmental protection at ITMA Texpo Eurasia 2012. Monforts, which is going to participate in ITM 2012 that will be held on April 21-24, in İstanbul, will exhibit its new energy saving solutions and latest technologies. The company will exhibit its products at the booths of Masters Tekstil and Elitex Tekstil, the representative agencies of the company in Turkey.
Monforts, which will place an emphasiz on energy saving solutions and environmental protection at ITM, will present the Montex 8000 stenter with Eco-booster heat recovery module, the Thermex T-CA, a new Econtrol® T-CA process and the Eco Applicator soft coating solution once again in İstanbul. Besides, Monforts technologists will offer advices for ‘classical’ textile and technical textile processing techniques. The machines that will be introduced at ITM by Monforts, which is known as one of the world’s important brands in dyeing and finishing, are as follows;
Montex 8000
The Montex 8000 stenter, designed as a new heat recovery module incorporating a fully automatic cleaning system for its heat recovery system, attracts attention with reduced distance at the infeed for knitted fabrics. The other remarkable fatures of Montex 8000 are a new rotating disc type ‘fluff sieves’ and a vacuum system for efficient cleaning; and further improved visualisation for the company’s teleservice facility.
“Eco booster HRC”, the new heat recovery module, has been designed as a fully automatic cleaning system that replaces the previous manually cleaned, tube system. The new system that has a perforated design, automatically cleans the machine during operation and by this way it ensures a continuous uninterrupted availability. The system, which ensures a reduced downtime, a lower material consumption and a constant operating performance thanks to the cleaning filters, can be integrated into the Montex roof. Besides, the system requires no additional ductwork.
Another remarkable feature of the machine is its heavy duty vertical chain important in meeting the market request. These chains are known for their structures appropriate to heavier weight knitted, nonwoven and technical textiles. On the other hand, with its option to colloct fluff, the machine provides its segment with a different vision. Each one of the new rotating disc type sieves is equipped with a vacuum cleaning system. These discs mounted on the machine both collect fluffs and ensure machine availability with an efficient cleaning. Besides, the stenter has reduced infeed distance between the infeed roller and the needling point for knitted fabrics and the distance reduced by 60 mm perevents edge curlings.
Thermex T-CA
The new Thermex continuous dyeing process ensures reduced chemicals, energy and water consumption compared with the conventional pad-dry thermosol pad-steam process together with lower investment costs and excellent fabric fastness
Econtrol® T-CA process
The process jointly developed with DyStar Colours, offers single pad continuous dyeing process for polyester/cellulose blends. While offering energy reduction, it requires up to 65% less water, up to 85% less chemicals. The new Econtrol® T-CA, which offers a considerably shortened and more economic dyeing process, provides continuous dyeing of polyester and cotton blends.
Eco Applicator Soft Coating Solution
Monforts’ new Eco Applicator has been developed as an alternative to the the padding system that has a history of 70 years. In Eco Applicator, chemicals are used as needed, whereas in the padding system, chemicals are consumed nearly by 65 percent during the processing of cotton. In the padding system, more chemicals are used due to the high liquor level. In the new system the amount of the chemicals is precisely controlled depending on a prescription.
By this way, the system uses 20-30 percent less chemicals and ensures an average of 40-45 percent energy savings. In this system, the chemical can be applied to the fabric in 3 different ways; on one side of the fabric, or on both sides or different chemicals can be applied on two sides of the fabric. Using trough and roller techniques, the system uses just the required amount of liquid/coating to the fabric via contact with a new roller. The application areas include; felt finishes, coated materials and medical textiles, nano coating, softener and flame retardency repellent applications.
2012 Calendar of Events Focuses on Asia
Monforts, which produces innovative technologies for denim and technical textiles and all kinds of wovens and knits in the field of textile finishing and which has an important place within the market, is attentive in participating important events in its agenda for 2012. After ITM İstanbul, the company will participare in the events focusing on the Asian market such as ITMA-ASIA CITME, Asia’a greatest machinery fair that will be held on June 12-16, 2012, in Shanghai, China, IGATEX on October 3-6, 2012, in Lahore, Pakistan and India ITME, on December 2-7, 2012 in Mumbai, India.
