Mimaki-PIMMS Cooperation Earns

As the distributor of Mimaki in Turkey, Pimms Group introduced its latest technologies concerning the textile sector. Mimaki printers such as TS34-1800, TS500-1800, TX400-1800DJV5 320DS, JV33, Miura cutting machine and NONNOTRANS transfer machine which are manufactured by using new technologies fields of transfer and direct printing drew great attention in the fair.

The new transfer printing machine TS34-1800A, having been displayed in the fair, is stated to be faster than its rivals in the segment with its pace of 1 pass/94 square meter/hour. It is expected that this machine, ensuring a printing of 190 cm with its 2 printing heads, will be popular in Turkish market in a short while.

Another product of the firm, the TS500-1800 model was introduced to the visitors for the first time at the stand of Mimaki at Fespa fair in Barcelona with the slogan of “The Fastest Transfer Printing Machine of the World in its Class”. After Fespa Barcelona, it was launched at the ITM organisation for the second time and the interest shown to TS500-1800 in the fair pleased the executives of the firm. Firm representative Ümit Çetin informed in the interview he gave us that effective results were reached at ITM.

We Drew Huge Interest at the Fair

Expressing that they introduced 8 machines in the fair, Çetin said that they meet the demands of their clients desiring pace and quality. Çetin continued his remarks by saying: “Prints that we made in the fair marked our difference. We will keep the quality at the highest level by introducing different technologies to the sector with newly-developed Ricoh printing heads, rapidly-drying SB300 dyes and degassing units. Emphasizing that all machines drew great interest and was deeply followed in the fair, Çetin said that: “TX400-1800 D model has the technology of eliminating many problems experienced in textile industry with its feature of making pigment printing on all types of fabric. This machine especially designed for preventing intense traffic from occuring between dyehouses and enterprises allows the design of fabrics ready to be used in the apparel sector by direct printing on the fabric and a fixation between 175o-180o after the printing.”

Stating that they also introduced two more products to facilitate the post-printing processes of the manufacturers except for Mimaki products in the fair, Çetin expressed that they want to expand their market areas with these products. Çetin continued his speech as such: “Nonnotrans, which is one of the introduced products, has been appreciated by our visitors as it makes transfer to fents and meter fabrics, is easy-to-use and it has a rapidly-warming, energy saving and storable compact structure. Our MIURA II model is known as automatic cutting machine that we also introduced at 2011 Sign fair. This machine, standing out with its automatic cutting and chopping function which eliminates the necessity of cutting the papers in partial printing, is both time-saving and cost-effective.”.

A Close Shot to the Pimms Group

Pimms Group was established in 1999 in order to operate in the printing technologies industry. It manufactures big, super size, UV flatbed printing machines to be used in many fields. The product range of the firm includes welding machine, inkjet and solvent printers and liquid laminar for coating.
