Mimaki’s textile sublime transfer printing machine TS500-1800 of which first promotion in Turkey has been made in Sign Istanbul 2012 Fair has the quality of the fastest printing on transfer paper. The machine which draws attention with its speed of 150 square meters per hour provides advantage to consumers in terms of both time and cost. TS500-1800 technology which has been developed by Mimaki takes part among the most equipped machines in the market with 6 RICOH Piezo printing heads with 2 nozzle outlets and high printing speed in 4 or 6 colour modes.
MDM-20 which is Mimaki Internal Degassing Module of TS500-1800 decreases nozzle blockage to the lowest values by disposing gasses (air bubbles) in paint system. MDM-20 also enables low-cost non-vacuum paint usage and provides saving in cost of paint. Apart from this, cleaning filter for paint mist in TS500-1800 prevents the problems caused by paint mist and helps to increase printing clarity (sharpness) and quality. In addition, automatic feeding system OMB which has been developed for continuous printing enables non-stop printing for materials from 60kg material weight to 300 mm roll diameter. The technology which is introduced by Mimaki provides practical solutions for operations which will be performed by transfer printing on evening dresses, sportswear, home textile and similar textile products.
Training Programme is Arranged for Retailers and Technical Team
Mimaki which makes meetings for informing technology partners in order to find practical solutions for difficulties had in the sector aims to meet the demands from consumers as fast as possible. The company which takes steps in this direction has recently bring together Pimms retailers and technical team in the centre of Mimaki Europe in Holland and arranged an advanced level technical training programme relating to two new Mimaki products. Pimms technical team and technicians of A.I.T, Sigma and 3B Textile among retailers of Pimms have attended in the training arranged in January. Advanced level technical training for 5 days which is provided by technical training experts of Mimaki Europe has consisted of two sections as theoretical training in which technical details about machines are explained and practice training in which assembly of machines and sample printings are performed.
Firstly, information is given about UJV-160 which is UV LED digital printing machine of Mimaki which is presented for sale in Turkey in the beginning of 2013 for the first time. In the training of UV LED printing machine, it has been put emphasis on material and firing structure since UJV-160 makes two types of printing as roll to roll and roll to layer. Studies which have been carried out for the configuration of the machine according to hard and flexible paint usage and for the structure of heating of developed water heat printing head and paint systems were in the focal point of the event.
In the second stage, advanced level technical training is provided for textile sublime wide format transfer printing machine TS500-1800 which is released to the market by Mimaki in 2012. For the machine in which Ricoh GEN5 technology is used, information has been shared with respect to the operation of degassing system providing disposing micro air bubbles in Sb300 Sublime paints which is used particularly with open cups and to the setting of negative, positive pressure system which is another innovation.
