High Energy Saving
Designed and manufactured by HAS GROUP, which exports 55 % of its production, in order to ensure minimum energy cost and highest level of operational productivity for the finishing procedures of textile products, RAM-X ensures energy saving up to 8-15 % and an increase in the production capacity when compared to traditional machines for the enterprises thanks to its unique cabin isolation feature and cross fan-nozzle system designed to ensure effective use of heat and homogeneous air flow.
In RAM-X, there is PLC controlled air control ensured through 2 invertors and 4 fans in each cabin and air flow to the upper and lower nozzles can be independently controlled via two invertors. Besides, in RAM-X, high performance ventilator system allowing for the optimum adjustment of the heated air and clean air circulation and specially designed combustion chamber ensure a unique and homogeneous heat distribution even on fabrics with varying weight and width values. In RAM-X, the amount and speed of the air sent to the upper and lower nozzle groups can be directly controlled through the control panel and this feature enables the user to adjust the air speeds of the upper and lower nozzles according to the needs in applications with different types of fabric. Fast and easy access is possible thanks to the design of the width opening shafts in RAM-X where fabric width control is gradually carried out in cabins with the width opening shafts found in every two cabins or in each cabin upon the request of the client and width can be decreased or increased by 5-10 % depending on the type of the fabric used.
Homogeneous Drying
In RAM-X where a higher level of air circulation and better homogeneous drying performance are achieved at a larger space throughout the whole line owing to the heating and air circulation cabins positioned crosswise in every three meters, the amount and speed of the air sent to the upper and lower nozzle groups can be directly controlled through the control panel and this feature enables the client to adjust the air speeds of the upper and lower nozzles according to the needs in applications with different types of fabric.
Designed to ensure maximum operation performance and minimum maintenance need with the vertical and horizontal chain rails even at the hardest production process, RAM-X offers regular maintenance for chain rail groups and ensures unproblematic use for years. Besides, RAM-X allows for fast and easy cleaning thanks to its easily demountable nozzle structure. With RAM-X, it is also possible to clean the nozzle without removing it owing to the cleaning mechanism found in each nozzle as well as intra-cabin access caps found on both sides of the machine.
