Having been operating in Italy since 1963, Master Slr got one step ahead of its rivals with the yarn dyeing system developed for denim fabrics. Genius®, the warp yarn dyeing system introduced to the market by being developed with the superior engineering of Master Slr, was designed to be automated and have monitor in order to minimise the intervention of the operator.

Genius® is an integrated dyeing module consisting of a special group dyeing tank combination for soluble dyestuff in an adjustable manner with heat activation in neutr environment and timing change. Owing to Genius® modules, continuous dyeing technology of indigo and sulphur dyes is ensured and it plays a key role in obtaining such important results as advanced technology, environmentalism and economy.

Among the technical properties of Genius®, we can list the recirculation pool, reinforcement of hourly circulation, use of centring pads with equivalent print roll, decrease in oxidizing tour length with the help of large-diameter cylinders, positioning of all colour tanks, completing the cylinder dryers with side protections and suction hood for a healthy working environment, necessary protection devices for operators, hydraulic design out of stainless steel and adding a third scaffold in order to assure the necessary ergonomic intervention for cleaning and maintenance.

Dispersion at Nanometric Level

When compared to the other dyeing processes carried out with the traditional machines, a better colour output is certainly obtained with a clear fixation difference up to 40 % in the dyeing process with sulphur dye and the black sulphur, in particular. When the classical indigo dyeing technique is compared with Genius®, it is seen that Genius® is sunk into the dyestuff of the three-stage  yarn used in the traditional machines, the pool excess in the yarn is squeezed and eliminated and a fourth phase is added into the process where the yarn is oxidized after dissolving with air.

Genius® ensures the use of numerous dyeing techniques in addition to the traditional dyeing processes by combining the mechanical and technical diversity provided by the machine and the physical and chemical characteristic of the dye pool.
