In the westernmost city in Germany, Aachen, close to the borders with the Netherlands and Belgium, the engineer Hermann Krantz founded the company Krantz in 1882. After initially focusing on ventilation and heating systems, textile machines quickly became another strong pillar of the company. As early as the 1920s, the company was not only supplying German textile companies but was already active worldwide. Since then, the name Krantz has been synonymous with high-performance and high-quality machines in the field of finishing and discontinuous dyeing.
In 1992 the KRANTZ family decided to sell the company to the Deutsche Babcock Group. As part of the subsequent realignment of the company, the production of the dyeing machines was outsourced to KTM KRANTZ an independent subsidiary in Turkey. Here, of course, great importance was attached to ensuring that the old quality standards were fully guaranteed at KRANTZ.
The company, which made a decision to exhibit at TME 2021 International Istanbul textile machinery fair, will showcase its machinery range in Yarn Dye for yarn dyeing, fabric dyeing machine HT Jet Dyeing, Fabric Dye and finally Ulstrasonic Washing Dye. Krantz, which receives huge appreciation from the textile industry both domestically and internationally, will have the privilege to display its technological innovations to various visitors at the fair. Tayfun Karakurt, the General Manager of the company, who said that the sector has been in great move recently, said, “It is clear that the TME 2021 fair to be held in Istanbul will be a successful one. Thank you to all of the stakeholders whom have contributed so far. I would like to share my thankfulness for our industry."
