Producing latest technology solutions to the customer demands for textile finishing processes with its R&D studies, Has Group continues to meet expectations for fabric effects changing with fashion.
Stating that they have witnessed very important developments with the R&D centre, Tamer Hasbay, Board Chairman of Has Group Makina Endüstri A.Ş, shared the following information: "Since we are a R&D centre and we are customer-focused, we are doing a lot of R&D works in order to meet the demands from our customers. These studies provide good results with the contribution of valuable professors of the textile departments of various universities, and we are able to improve the processing machinery that our customers desire.”
Adding that new fibres and the fashion changing with new yarn options reflect in the fabric effect expectations, Tamer Hasbay said that, "these expectations push us to make more innovation."
Has Group Makes Bigger Projects with Santex Rimar
Having recently signed a cooperation with Santex Rimar, Has Group aims to realize bigger and more important projects with this cooperation. Stating that Santex Rimar's sales network has further expanded the scope of Has Group's operations, Mr. Hasbay continued his words as follows: "With Santex Rimar's sales network, we are able to reach more markets and customers. Especially Santex Rimar Group's strength and reputation enable us to take part in bigger and more important projects. Our production and process knowledge and their reputation around the world provide us a significant sales contribution. This will enable us to see our machines in a higher number of market, in larger-scale and more important firms in the upcoming periods.
Stating that they had the opportunity of offering the new technologies for the textile sector to the regional textile businessmen in the International Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Fair KTM 2017 held in April, Hasbay added that, “Kahramanmaraş is a region that we attack importance to and we have many clients and machines there. By participating in KTM 2017, we had the opportunity of meeting our clients and fulfilling our longings and also hearing their demands, expectations and problems. In this way, we could check the pulse of the market. Also, we could tell our innovations and machines. It was highly fruitful for us.”

Sharing the expectations of Has Group concerning the year 2017 in terms of sales in Turkey with our magazine group, Tamer Hasbay, Chairman of the Governing Board of Has Group, said that, “The first quarter of 2017 was as we estimated and budgeted. Especially the demands we received in the last quarter of 2016 were influential in our sales in the first quarter. Throughout 2017, we expect a rate of foreign sales by 60 %. Our target for the domestic market is 40 %. According to our estimates, we will have used our capacity fully and reached the budgeted sales target in 2017. We expect that there will be a demand increase especially after September. This will determine our estimations for 2018, as well.”
Lastly adding that demands for firms that produce higher quality products and providing better services are increasing throughout the world, Hasbay concluded his remarks by saying that, “Every day the preference for the firms producing higher quality products and providing better services increase. In this respect, we force ourselves as much as we can to provide better services and to produce higher quality and more technological machines.”
