Participating in knitting technologies fair Knit-Tech organised in India, Fong's Group introduced its machines, especially its new products called as ''Green Innovations'', in the event held on the 22nd -25th February. Promoting its products of green techologie in ITMA Barcelona and India ITME, the company exhibited its latest tecnology, ''One-Stop'', in DTG and Knit-Tech fairs. Increasing gradually its power in the field of production of dyeing and finishing machine, Fong's offers significant advantages in terms of cost, quality and environment with its ''One-Stop'' technology.
Incorporating the leading brands in such fields as pretreat, dyeing and after treat, during both continuous and intermittent processes, FONG's' portfolio also consists of THEN-AIRFLOW SYNERGY G2, THEN LOTUS, FONG’S novel TEC series, the ALLWIN yarn dyeing machines or the XORELLA XO Smart series. All the machines are introduced in accordance with ''Green Innovations''. Exhibiting its new technologies with the existing ones in the fair, FONG's Group present a new technology which can be controlled from Then TDS a central computer systems with FC30 program control. Offering the opportunity to see the certain operating parameters of a particular party with schematic diagram on the screen, FC30 has a feature storing up to 8 different winding processes. The user can create a customer database via FC 30 and it is possible to identify diffent product codes (fabric or yarn type) with required operating parameters and dyeing procedures. The technology, which enables the oppotunity to see 4 different processes on the screen, is presented with such options as 640x480-pixel and TFT color LCD display.
Except for FC 30 program controller, Goller Universa was the another new product presented to the clients. It is stated that Goller Universa is more efficient than its counterparts in the market, in such fields as water, engergy and chemical consumption. The fabric is processed at very low tension to prevent wrinkling by keeping short the distance between the rollers and the drum. The conveyor operation which is prepared according to the customers' requirements offers practical solutions for the problems encountered during washing. It is planned that the design which is made of stainless steel will change the conveyor belts as a more suitable situation.

Fong's' new TEC series High Temperature Dyeing Machine is always developed with innovations. Fong's' Tec Series High Temperature Dyeing JUMBOTEC3-2T, 600 kg model, is especially used for compact and sensitive fabrics. The machine which has different capacities of production offers such options as 200 kg, 250 kg and 300 kg. All the concepts of machine meet the different fabric weights, the need of electricity and water consumption. It reduces emissions when it meets the demands of customers with lower costs, high quality and green environmental concepts. Tec Series High Temperature Dyeing Machine also consists of new generation designs.
