Witnessing the operation style and high quality production process after the delivery of first machine, executives of Carvalho ordered 5 more machines. Within the framework of modernization programme of its existing dyeing house, Carvalho supplies F model of iMaster H2O via Thies’s local distributor Francisco Sampaio Lda.

It is aimed with the new machines that both dyeing quality and production amount will be enhanced in the towel applications. Explaining that they make a 50 % saving in terms of vapour with the machine of Thies, the executives of Carvalho also stated that they also reach to the level of 50 % in water saving. A firm executive Joaquim Gomes stated that the annual production would rise to 180 tons from 150 tons and declared that they would make production from various fiber mixtures including cotton. Serving with 160 employees in total, Carvalho will increase both quality and production amount by also extending the working hours if necessary. Carvalho which started to operate in 1925 is administered as a 4th-generation family enterprise.

iMaster Guarantees the High Quality
