Brazzoli has released market its last product of 12 years of research so called Innotechnology that is decreasing the increasing cost because of rising consumption of water, steam, electric and chemical. The company has made a great effort to make Innnotwin as a unique machine. Comparing to the traditional Innoecology model has some application features such as lesser 10% liquor ratio, 20% saving in dying process, 15% rising in machine efficiency, 15-20% energy saving. The machine’s nominal loading capacity increases up to 300kg weight per channel. In all process (bleaching + dark reactive dyeing + washings +soaping), water consumes 35kg.
Doble rope in the machine is developed to allow textile substrate process with weights up to 250 gram. In this way, it can be obtained the maximum charge even during the processing of light or low width fabrics that has been recently significant.
