Beneks, recently participating with a wide range of products at the KTM 2016, Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Exhibition, introduced its visitors the ECODYE fabric dyeing machine, which is specially designed and stands out for its energy saving qualities. Beneks Machinery Production Supervisor Ufuk Çakır, providing information upon the product range exhibited at the KTM 2016, gave the following statement regarding the machine group they introduced, quoting his wordings as follows; “At KTM 2016, we are introducing the specially designed fabric-dyeing machine, the ECODYE. The machine, which operates with a 1/4 liquor ratio, is advantageous, especially in terms of water and energy savings. Apart from this, at the input unit frame of the stenter, a padding machine group is taking place. And again in the padding machine, to be able to increase the capacity on the stenter and to ensure a machine speed increase by 30 percent, we have a drum dryer, which carries out the fabric pre-drying process. This machine operates with 2 and a half roller and at 130-degree steam. Additionally, among the products which has been introduced to our visitors, we also have our open-end enzymatic washer together with its filter. Also in this machine, we have developed a system where the enzymes on the open-end fabrics are operated under a closed-circuit system and filters the water within, then reuses the water again through the water nozzles, which can also refine the enzymes on the fabric.”
Ufuk Çakır, stating that they had a significant market share in the Kahramanmaraş market regarding finishing machines, noted that they were continuing their activities, also to obtain a market share in the field of dyeing machines.
