Verdol, which offers stronger production process in the context of yarn quality, performance, ergonomics and energy saving with its new Mach+, provides separate spindle speed control with mechanical spindle tape drive system thanks to CDDT 20 Machine +. CDDT 20 Mach+, which includes programmable servo drive technology and adjustable yarn traversing system, provides to control the time, productivity, consumption and production for BCF winding voltage control thanks to programmable power supply.
CDDT 20 Mach+ is equipped with the new sensing and cutting device K2 standing for maintenance free. Through a signal coming from the yarn path of each position, thanks to a centrally adjustment of air pressure, each relevant spindle stops, wounded package lifts off, remaining yarn is cut and clamped in case of doffing or yarn breakage.
