UT60 Global Twisting Machine
Wiring, twisting and combining machines manufactured by Verdol can twist different products at each spindle owing to its completely separate drive positions from spindle to wrap. Revised for obtaining the best results for the production of all kinds of industrial yarns, UTC 60 Global Twister provides optimum flexibility owing to its separate compact engine spindles. UTC 60 where many functional spindles can be adjusted separately and distantly according to the parameter settings allows for production of various twists, multi-layer yarns and hybrid structures by using different raw materials. Besides, UTC 60 allows for producing tiny product packages and sample packages in a single machine at the same time and combines direct wiring and twisting processes.
Material Flexibility
Offering more than wide material flexibility, UTC 60 can process PA, PES, Aramid, PVA, PE and PP multi-filament tapes and PE/cotton blended yarns. Not allowing for asymmetric and symmetric multi-layer twisting up to 6 layers, UTC 60 provides an easy design with its direct wiring version. It also allows for mounting the component spindle, wrapped package and twisted production areas together with its warping creel. In this way, the machine can be made use of optimally.
