As a famly company, Trützschler Group was founded in 1888 by Paul Heinrich Trützschler in Saxony. The company’s second generation managers became his sons Bruno, Willi and Karl. After World War 2, the company was reestablished in 1948 in Mönchengladbach by Hans and Hermann Trützschler. Today the company is led by the two managing partners Heinrich Trützschler and Dr. Ing Michael Schürenkrämer. New Card Increases Productivity
Trützschler introduced its newest technologies which were developed for 3 business unit in ITMA Barcelona. The company experienced a successful fair according to the visitor’s reaction. Trützschler Spinning’s new card machine TC 11 is advantageous in terms of price and production cost. This machine provide up to 30 - 40% increase in productivity. It has both larger carding area and high accuracy level. Electrical cost declines 20% for each kilogram carded sliver and its specific power consumption drops to lowest level. It means cost decline about 2000 - 4000 € Euro per card and year. The Company’s new draw frame TD 8 has a new drafting and filter system resulted in a new protective casing.
Another subject that is taken a close interest by textile manufacturers is detecting all foreign parts which decline quality in the production process of yarn and fabric. Three different sensor modules with corresponding lighting units are in use simultaneously in the Foreign Part Separator SECUROPROP SP-FPU which is developed by Trützschler.
