TRÜTZSCHLER, which is one of the world’s leading companies in the field of nonwoven production and textile machinery, has purchased the product portfolio of Bastian Winder. Having expanded its portfolio with this purchase, Trürzschler has got the chance to establish plants from staple fiber spinning to winding from a single source in the future.

Making evaluations amout the integration of Trützschler and Bastian Winder, Marc Wolpers, Managing Director of the company, said that with this decision, the quality of the technological solutions offered to the customers will increase. Marc Wolpers continued by saying; “With the products we manufacture and the technologies of Bastian Winder, we will supplement our product programme. The problems in the interfaces will be overcome and the production will be fully integrated. Bastian and Trützschler will become a manufacturer of nonwovens, paper, film and composites. I believe that important successes will be achieved when Bastian’s long years of know-how and experiences and Trützschler’s expertise come together.”

Wolpers added that with Bastian, which has experienced employees, they will take important steps and he underlined that they will offer service in the way the customers prefer.
