Spare parts and sub-industry products meet the undeniable requirement in the sector where million-dollar textile machines are used. Timsan cleans the fiber which accumulates in the machine and adversely affects the manufacturing process with the vacuum gun that is being manufactured at its manufacturing plant in Istanbul. Guns, which can be used during the machine is operating and do not require any energy, are also being exported abroad. There exist various countries like Germany, Italy, Uzbekistan, Iran, Syria, Romania, and Vietnam among the export markets of the company which was founded in 1983. .We visited the company, which serves in the field of spare parts and sub-industry products, at their manufacturing facility. Zennur Koç, General Manager of the company gave information about the activities of the company.
Machine Downtime, Time, Cash Loss
Zennun Koç, who mentioned that he has been taking in the profession since 1957, emphasized that he tries to be helpful to the textile sector with his experience. Mr. Koç, who pointed out that the company started to its manufacturing activities in 1983 said: "We aim to maintain the investment that manufacturers done in technology with fiber vacuum cleaning gun, our main manufacturing product for 30 years." Mr. Koç who stated that they manufactured entirely their own designs with the Brand Tekscleaner said: "There is a visibly increased proportion of physical life of the textile machines as a result of the use of our products." Although the textile machinery is being equipped with special suction and blowing installation, accumulation of fiber in its many parts cannot be prevented. Over time, these unnecessary substances accumulated in the machinery begin to give damage. It results in blocking of the holes and deterioration of quality. Since cleaning after shutting down the machine is a substantial waste of time, vacuum fiber cleaning guns which serve during the machine is running, are being brought into use as a key solution to producers.
Mr. Koç told that he designed the crank shaft and stainless valve in 1965, added that they will continue to provide services with their practical solution offered to the sector. Mr. Koç, who underlined that they aim to provide innovations and solutions to the sector every term since the first year of the operation, reminded that fiber cleaning gun is being used for cleaning the machinery of floater, coil, garnet, droset, knitting, preparation, ring and tricot.
No Power Source Required
Mr. Koç who stated that the company currently hold the manufacturing of the sliding hook, yellow hook and protected hook beside the fiber vacuum cleaning gun, and they provide sales to important companies in these areas. Mr. Koç who mentioned that especially fiber cleaning gun has samples over the world which is working with air and electricity, added: "We are manufacturing the most useful gun. The gun has a pure mechanically-working structure; it may be used without any energy or additional power source. "
Mr. Koç, who emphasized they are working with many of the textile companies ended his words as; “Guns with similar basis exist in Europe, but they require an additional power source to work besides being expensive. These machines which are similar to each other in terms of working system are being sold for around 110 Euros in Europe. However, we offer them to our customers for 33 TL. As being the single manufacturer working in this field, we want to prevent imports. We export 30 percent of our production. There is no limit in our manufacturing, we manufacture according to the demand. We also have the design document of the product. "
