In the event, the firm will present MDTA3, Favimat +, Airobot2, Covafil +, Itemat + TSI and Statimat 4U to the visitors. Favimat +, which is considered as one of the most important testers with its structure combining six single-fibre test methods, can be used for testing a wide variety of fibres, including aramide, uhmpe, glass and carbon. The test process can be fully automated by means of the AIROBOT2 system linked to the FAVIMAT+.
Covafil+
Covafil+, which was designed for filament yarn, will be also exhibited with the products to be presented by Textechno at the fair. In addition, MDTA 3, which has such features as fibre bundle length and strength testers, can analyze neps and trash as well as the microdust. The tester is defined as a reliable quality control system. At the same time, this machine allows testing of all yarn parameters. The system, whose compliance with a variety of applications is also proved, is appreciated thanks to its successful results.
Statimat 4U
The STATIMAT 4U is an automatic tensile and linear density tester for yarns presented by Textechno. Offering integrated solutions, Statimat 4U performs the most significant four test methods related to textile threads and yarns: tensile test, rupture test, count measurement and evenness.
