The highly double twist and direct cabling systems manufacturer Saurer, will be introducing their latest developments in ITMA ASIA +CITME 2014, which will be held during June. With the fair taking place in Shanghai between June 16 to 20 the firm will place a mark with their 3E label they prepared based on the initials of (e)conomy, (e)nergy and (e)rgonomy. In ITMA ASIA +CITME 2014 Saurer, offering ergonomic handling, affordability and maximum energy efficiency via the machines they manufactured under the 3E label, will be presenting the developments made in BD 448, Autoconer X5, FlowShare FX, Speedster FX, PreciFX, Autotense FX, Ecopack FX, Propack FX, Variopack FX, ZinserImpact 72 and Allma CC4.
Allma CC4, being one the machines that Saurer will be exhibiting in the fair, stands out in the tire cord field as it provides 50 percent of energy saving. With its improved structure, a 50 % decrease in yarn breaks, a 50% more lower heating load and lower noise levels are established. Another machine that Saurer will be exhibiting another machine, one of which that supports the most important technologies in its field, the BD 448. With this machine a 15% of saving in personnel costs is obtained. BD 448, in about maximum 10 minutes guaranteeing to achieve an operating speed at the top spot, provides 25% more energy saving when compared to its earlier versions and enables high efficiency yarn spinning operations including thicker threads up until to size Ne 1. ZinserImpact 72 is offered with the automatic tool changer, Zinser CoWeMat. In this way a 35% reduction in the cost of twist is provided for ZinserImpact 72.
