India ITME is the largest International Textile exhibition of India which is being held once in four years. Today this event has become backbone of Indian textile Industry. Visitors are excited to see the latest innovation of machines and its accessories and Rimtex showcased their latest innovations in each product line at their stand in India ITME 2016. Rimtex had drawn overwhelming response of visitors as a manufacturer of complete range of Sliver Handling and Material Handling system and impressed with great interest of the visitors on the varied range of their products, especially their latest innovation of Utility Combination Cans (UCC) in Sliver Handing System and Tango Series, Motorized Trolleys in Material Handling System and New range of Castor wheels that benefit all spinners to raise their productivity with least investment and retaining their existing machinery and spinning geometry.
”Utility Combination Can (UCC)” from Rimtex
UCC Can was internationally launched in ITMA 2015 Milan, Italy exhibition. Market for yarn getting dynamic, spinner started excepting small orders for different fibre and counts. Hence machinery supplier started giving flexibility to spin different fibre and counts. But customers did not change their sliver Cans, which play a vital role in quality of yarn. In RIMTEX with passion for quality they find a solution to maintain the quality which is resulted in innovative design of Sliver Can System “UCC” (Utility Combination Can), one Can for various types of sliver: Combed, Carded and Synthetic. Rimtex have UCC model for Carding, Draw Frame and Finisher Draw Frame Cans also for Open End machines.
The other product Rimtex launched in ITME 2016 exhibition is a new concept of material handling system.
Tango Series - Motorized Trolleys from Rimtex
A trolley for Multipurpose Material Handling. A Material Handling System with more and more value addition in technology and saving of man power with easy movement. Rimtex claims that their Tango Series Trolleys are having different load capacity upto 1000 Kgs load.
In these days there are different models of machines available and machinery manufacturers are competing to introduce new models with latest technology talking about the sliver properties, quality of sliver and speed of machine and also quality of sliver CV%.
Rimtex passion is working for responsibility to retain the value of sliver to suit different requirements of spinning Industry and latest machineries. They are having different models of Cans like UCC (Utility Combination Can), ASH (Assured Sliver Handling System), Ultima, Universal and Commercial. Also Rectangular Cans for rectangular coiler and very large cans for rope dying special process.
Rimtex also offers Jumbo Cans and one of the first companies to introduce Jumbo Cans for Truetzschler new carding machine. The advantage of JUMBO can have 34% more sliver than its earlier version of 1000mm dia can. It has really got very heavy weight to handle as well as such a long sliver quantum require more precision to maintain quality of the sliver with required CV% standard throughout its length, since it has got large volume will have less sliver piecing and will have less error location. Rimtex always work with machinery manufacturers since long time for new development to meet their machinery requirements.
