At ITMA Asia, which was held in China; a country having a significant market share in the field of man-made and synthetic fibers, Rieter exhibited solutions for the processing of synthetic stable fibers. ITMA Asia’ visitors that visited Reiter’s booth were able to obtain information regarding after-sale services, economic production of quality yarns as well as SPIDERweb for the optimal use of spinning mills.
The focal point of the presentations that was conducted by Rieter consisted of the innovations related to the processing of these fibers. With respect to three business groups which are complete systems, spinning preparation and spinning processes; product and service innovations were displayed under the trademarks of Rieter, Bräcker, Graf, Novibra and Süssen.
Highlights of the solutions that were offered by Rieter at ITMA Asia included the following; the new RSB-D 50 single-head draw frame, the new CLEANcoil-PES coiler and the J 26 air jet yarn machine that was displayed in China for the first time. Rieter also displayed the P 26, which is the polyester version of the machine J 26. Additionally, Rieter also exhibited the new combing set consisting of E 36 OMEGAlap for 540 kg/hr production and six E 86 combers in China for the first time.
In addition to the main modernization packages program, Rieter also introduced innovative spare parts which increases the yarn quality and efficiency for cards (web bridges), draw frames (CLEANcoil-PES), ring yarn machines (Q-package) and open end yarn machines (ANTIstatic disc, clip opening cylinder).
