Being the silver sponsor of the Man-made Fibres Congress (Dornbirn-MFC), which will be held from 20 to 22 September 2016 in Dornbirn, Rieter within the scope of the congress will also be giving a presentation. In the lecture, which will be taking place within the context of the event, Rieter will be providing information on the subject of polyester processing with air-jet technology. In addition, Dr. Gunnar Johansson, Head of the Product Unit Air-Spinning at Rieter, will speak about his experiences with different PES types on the air-jet machine. Furthermore, at the ‘Young Scientist Forum’, which is also supported by Rieter, one of Rieter’s employees will be taking place. Rieter will not only be presenting the latest know-how on the processing of synthetic fibres in Dornbirn, but also at the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2016 held in Shanghai in October 2016.
Rieter Will Explain Innovations on the Processing of Synthetic Fibres
In the world, with growing prosperity, the fibre consumption per head will continue to increase. Forecasts assume that global consumption will rise from the current 80 to around 150 million tons in 2030 (Source: PCI). This increase indicates a proportion, which cannot be satisfied only with cotton in the short staple spinning mill. For many years attaching great importance to this trend, Rieter also takes this progression into account in their machine development operations. Within this context, Rieter will also be focusing on the processing of synthetic fibres, sharing the innovations carried out in this field with its visitors at the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2016 held in October.
