Being one of the most important machinery suppliers for the Turkish yarn sector as well, Rieterincreased the number of rotors in R 35 open-end yarn machine to 500 from 400 and put it into the service of textile sector. R 35 which can have up to 500 spinning positions has become the longest open-end machine in its segment. Thank to its newly developed system, R 35 can make production in the range of Ne 2 and Ne 40 and stands out among its rivals by possessing the highest level of flexibility and the easiest operation system. Standing out with the number of rotors increased to 500, R 35 allows for the highest level of machine productivity even at full machine length with its improved spinning stability. Thanks to its robust construction, R 35 can reach a rotor speed up to 120.000 rpm and delivery speed up to 200 m/min. Owing to S 35 spinning box re-designed according to the new technologies, much more efficient fibre opening, better yarn evenness and less imperfection are ensured.
High Yarn Quality
In R 35 where spinning stability is increased since raw materials are better used with the optimized fibre opening in the spinning box, a high yarn quality was targeted by developing the machine with AMIspin® piecing and the new optical Q 10 quality sensor in terms of high resistance and fewer variations.
The concept of R 35 which has low working height facilitates functioning of the machine in addition to allowing for activating AMIspin® at the shortest time possible. R 35 can spin two lots on the same machine simultaneously owing to two transport belts for the yarn packages and independent drives for both machine sides.
Another feature rendering R 35 outstanding is that the fast start-up system (FSI) eliminates the process of seeking the end of the yarn and carries out the addition process rapidly.after the power cuts or cleaning breaks. During the process, all the additions can be tested by the yarn clearer. Lastly, R35 has the high quality of AMIspin® technology.
