Semi-automated R 35 Open-End Yarn Machine
Designed for high efficiency, higher yarn quality, minimum addition quality variation, effective yarn quality monitoring, less energy consumption, ergonomy and user friendliness, R 35 semi-automated open-end yarn machine targets to obtain the highest amount of efficiency by reducing staff errors during optimum working conditions, rotor cleaning, addition preparation or removal of yarn errors from the bobbin.
At R 35 where edge shift processes are done electronically, the newly developed S 35 Spinning Box is combined with Q 10 Yarn Cleaner and maintains better spinning stability and in this way, yarn resistance is increased and low cost blends can be used.
Designed to receive high efficiency at all kinds of applications, R 35 stand outs among the other semi-automated open-end machines of its segment by functioning with 460 spinning positions at a production rate of 200 meters/minute at full machine length at a rotor rate of 120.000 cycles/minute.
