Reyes Group, one of the biggest industrial enterprises in France, incorporated into the company Swisstex France which Reyes Group has been working together for 25 years. Swisstex is an important supplier in the yarn sector for winding and cabling machines and extrusion lines. Although the agreement between the two companies was completed in 19 April, the details in the agreement have not been declared to the public. In the press conference that Reyes Group CEO Christopher Reyes and the General Manager of Verdol Jean Claude held, they made assessments about this buying. Directors of the company, stating that it has enabled coalition to merge with for the two companies working together for many years, said; “We hope our operations from now on will be more active and useful. Swisstex France, with its new name-Verdol- will continue to supply machines for cabling, synthetic filament and winding yarns. As for Reyes Group, it will follow closely technological developments and innovations and continue to manufacture machines and maintain its sense of quality. We will go on evaluating the demands of customers with complete content. Verdol and its teams had no problems about the quality and the safety of the work but we decided to collaborate in order to prevent the mistakes made in the past.”
