Allma machines which Oerlikon has been manufacturing for more than 20 years are among the machines preferred by the firms operating in the field of twisting. A specialised and leader firm in the area of textile machinery, Oerlikon introduced its new machine Allma TC2 under the Allma product group. Introduced to the clients at Suzhour Showroom on 25 April 2013, Allma TC2 has been developed with new technological characteristics.
Allma TC2 has a capacity of processing a wide variety of products. It can produce all kinds of yarns from the thinnest one to the thickest one. Such thick products as PP and PE can be produced with Allma TC2 in a more cost effective manner. Manufactured to meet the high quality and performance needs of the sector, the machine is defined as “unique” with its capacity of producing 450 meters of yarn in a minute. At Allma TC2 where production flexibility is supported by winding unit and spinning technology, a high quality yarn is produced. Having the feature of sensitive measurement together with PrimePac twisting packages technology, the machine is adaptable to today’s conditions with its ergonomic use. The new winding system used in the machine consists of two bobbins which are high levels of quality and the frequency of bobbins can be increased up to 25 %. Besides, the machine processes a higher amount of yarn with its high level bobbin winding feature and facilitates packaging.
Modern folding equipment of Allma TC2 expands the usage area of the machine and provides twisting designs with double twisting method. Fed by spun bobbins up to 18 kg, the machine can produce yarns ranging from 235 to 60.000 dtex. Allma TC2 can be used with additional equipments including network filter, adaptation transformer, BDE-interface, remote detection, special length measurement, PreciTail, Campanello, noise insulation, Airomat, upward or downward absorption, folding equipment, yarn breaking strength measurement device and stroboscope.

Allma is proud of having manufactured and sold the 200.000th cabling spindle. Serving the sector for a long time, Allma is a favourite brand in the sector owing to the experiences that it gained. Having been manufacturing cabling machine for production of rubber cable, Almma currently dominates two third of the market.
