NSC Fibre to Yarn Continues Innovation

NSC Fibre to Yarn which is under NSC Group exhibited its technologies in the production gam containing its 4 brands in ITMA ASIA CITME fair. NSC Fibre to Yarn, including N.Schlumberger, Sant Andrea Novara, Seydel and Cognetex brands, produces innovative spinning preparation lines directing at long staple fiber processes. The firm, meeting its visitors in Saloon W3, Booth E 11, unveiled new stretch breaker, evolution of its ERA comber, improvements on the GC30 family drawing machines to its visitors.

Developing solutions for natural and synthetic fibers and yarns, the firm quarantees advantages in terms of performances of production, quality standards, operating and maintenance costs, instant control and diagnosis and energy cost savings to its customers. The machines, having designs defined as user friendly, successfully maintain human-machine dialogue in production process with electronic control. Launched into the market firstly in 2003, the ERA comber machine has sold over 200 thoroughout the world.

Central Solution for Natural and Synthetic Fibers

The firm presents technological equipments to its customers  such as carding machine, combing machine, yarn spinning preparation machine and bast fiber spinning lines. Developing technologies for all processes from fiber to yarn spinning, NSC Fibre to Yarn involves systems such as cards, converters, blending, combing machines and rubbering, fly frame and spinning machine with the technologies developed by the firm, wool, silk, flax and jute within long staple natural fibers, acrylic fiber, resisting polyester or PVA, aramid fiber and carbon fiber within synthetic fibers. The firm continues manifacturing in Guebwiller, France and has reported that it acquires 50 percent of the global market in its field. On November, NSC Fibre to Yarn in İstanbul Again

NSC Fibre to Yarn is preparing for a busy fair period after ITMA ASIA CITME, too. The firm, attending in Saloon 2, Booth 212B to İstanbul ITM 2012 in April, will also attend Domotex Middle East fair which will be handled between 8-11 November as the first time in İstanbul. The fair had been arranged in Dubai before and is coming to İstanbul this year and the firm will have exhibited its technologies two times in the same year. The firm had introduced its tow to top line and and S200 breaker which is new for this line in the ITM fair.

The firm’ s last fair attendance in 2012 has been announced as INDIA ITME which will be handled between 2-7 December in India. ın 2013 schedule of NSC Fibre to Yarn, there is Techtextil, which will be arranged in Frankfurt, Germany.
