One of the important machinery suppliers of the Turkish textile sector, Brückner has been serving the textile sector by manufacturing drying, fixing, sanforising, continuous dyeing, coating, drying and compressing lines for finishing processes for 65 years. Attaining a place in the textile sector with its finishing solutions for technical textiles in particular, Brückner set up RX3 three-pass drying line in Matesa Tekstil A.Ş.
Galip Çalık, Chairman of the Governing Board of Matesa Tekstil operating in Kahramanmaraş with 7 yarn, folding-twisting, denim, weaving, woven fabric, dye, knitting and knit bleaching / dyeing factories gave information about this investment.
30 % Energy Saving
Stating that they bought the first six-cabin stenter from Brückner in 2001, Çalık expressed that they preferred Brückner once again since the first machine operated without problem up until then and the heat needs to disperse on the fabric equally for the high quality products they manufacture.
Stating that the energy consumption is low since the machine works with the principle that the fabric is heated in the first passage with the low-humidity and high-temperature air of the second and third passage thanks to the innovative concept of the free dryer, Çalık added that this system ensures at least 15-30 % energy saving. Stating that they manufacture 20 tons of products according to the type of goods and achieved good results in terms of the shrinkage values, Çalık added that they regard Brückner not only as a machinery manufacturer but also as a partner of a long-lasting cooperation.
