stress on the fibers while guaranteeing progressive and meticulous opening,

thorough cleaning, effective dedusting and perfect blending.

-     An advanced card which draws on one of the greatest carding areas available on the market and a specific geometry for higher performances in terms of quality, production and efficiency.

-     Simple and reliable draw frames which, thanks to a high performance pneumatic drafting system and an advanced auto-leveling technology can produce perfectly-even sliver with a production speed up to 1,000 m/min.

-         A combing section which, through the latest model of Marzoli’s comber, can

produce, with a line of 1 lap winder and 6 combers, up to 510 Kg/h of high quality

sliver with minimum IPI values and great evenness and ensure full automation

thanks to the reliable lap piecing technology.
