Lakshmi Machine Works was founded in 1962 so as to provide the latest technology yarn spinning machineries at high quality standards and today manufactures yarn spinning machines covering a wide sprectrum including carding. LMW having a production capacity over 3,5 million spindles has a market share of 60% in India for the yarn spinning machineries. The machineries manufactured by LMW are certified with ISO 9001-2000 and the company is granted to be one of the best three manufacturers in all textile machineries spectrum thanks to its production considering environmental health, occupational safety factors.
All required parts such as apron, spindle, ring, carding wire, electrical engines and so on are manufactured by LMW while all electronic equipment is supplied from Siemens and Danfoss and the electrical engines are manufactered with the partnership of Germany. All the remaining items are manufactured at LMW mills with modern machines, automation systems and robot systems and the company is represented by Muteks Mümessillik in Turkey. LMW has its own service station in Kahramanmaraş and the company can deliver machinery order in a short time as 4-6 months.
LA 23/S
Baleplucker LA 23/S within the product range of LMW manufacturing its own technology features a production speed up to 1600 kg/hr and auto scanning. LA 23/S also features gearless drive for turning of plucking head and reduces maintanence costs with its easily replaceable plucking strips.
SWIFT FLOC LA21
SWIFT FLOC LA21 has a production capacity up to 600 kg/hr and has an important place among carding machines with its dual carding features. The machine features an inverter drivien plucking roller which rotates in dual direction and provides operational ease with its fixed cover belt on suction canal for material transportation.
Vario Clean LB9/2
Vario Clean LB9/2 featuring twin element beater for gently cleaning and effective opening has a production speed of 1500 kg/hr. Effective micro-dust and seeds removal, opening, cleaning and de-dusting combined systems provides cleaning effectiveness up to 40%.
Unimix LB7/4
Unimix LB7/4 having a working width of 1600 mm has a production capacity of 600 kg/hr without cleaning and opening cylinder and a production up to 800 kg/hr with opening and cleaning. LB7/4 offering larger buffer volume provides high productivity with its compact structure.
Supremo Clean LB10/2
Supremo Clean LB10/2 offering high productivity thanks to its invertor driven beater and feed rollers has a production up to 1000 kg/hr. LB10/2 having a controlled fiber feeding for optimum opening and maximum cleaning features thin opening.
LC363/361
LC363/361 designed so as to manufactured high quality strips with all kind of cotton, synthetic fiber and blendings has a production capacity of 120 kg/hr. LC363/361 that can provide fiber parallelization thanks to its triple licker in arrangement and additional carding segments. In Card LC363 / LC361,110 degrees of cylinder surface is occupied by the revolving flats (36 working flats out of 97 total flats) which in linear terms works out to 1.296 mtrs over the carding width of 1 mtr. This helps to achieve better sliver quality. Card LC363 / LC361 is configured to produce better yarncharacteristic with reduction in running cost. Pressure regulated chute ensures active compression on the fibre material resulting intooptimal batt structure for highest sliver quality.
LC636
LC636 having the highest combing surface in the world has a production capacity up tp 250 kg/hr with its working width of 1,5 meters. The actual carding action takes place between revolving flats and the cylinder. Thus the Card LC636 has 36 Flats in working position out of 101 total flats, occupying 142 degrees of cylinder periphery, which, in linear terms, works out to be 1.3 m over the working width of 1.5 m. The total active carding area is 1.95 m2 which is again the highest compared to all carding machines in the market today.
Draw Frame LD2
The newly designed high speed non autoleveller draw frame model LD2 with two delivery heads with automatic can changer for cans of upto 600 x 1200 mm (24” x 48”) and delivery size of 40” x 48” without can changer arrangement enables the spinner to reduce the cost of production considerably. With technological speeds of upto 800 mpm (1000 mpm mechanical) , slivers of high evenness can be produced out of a wide range of raw materials such as cotton, man-made fibres and blends.The newly designed 4 over 3 pressure bar drafting arrangement with pneumatic weighting system facilitates the machine to run at high delivery speeds. The drafting system is equipped with spring loaded top rollers and the holding & releasing of the top arm is through mechanical locking.
Comber LK69
High production of up to 2.1 Tons/day is achieved by means of innovative design concept of “PACT” – Precisely Accelerated Combing Technology. This technology arrives at the best combination of the Nipper and the Detaching movement and ensures gentle fibre transfer from feed zone to the detaching zone. The new design supports maximum speed of up to 600 npm with reliable operation.Comber LK69 is equipped with 3/3 pneumatic load inclined drafting system placed over the coiler. This facilitates the direct entry of sliver to the coiler calender roller, thus ensuring higher speeds and efficiency.
Draw Frame LDA/1
Drawframe LDA/1 works under the principle of open loop control system and has a production capacity of 1,100 meter/min and features 4 over 3 drafting arrangment with pressure bar.
LF4200
LF4200 having a high production level with the latest technology reduces the workmanship costs with automatic roving tension controller and bobbin transport system. The maximum spindle number is 200 and the spindle speed is up to 1500 rpm. The machine features 4 segment servo drive and thanks to this main shaft changes through servo control system. The machine also features a detachable flyer spindle for removing bobbin midway.
LRJ9
LRJ9 has a maximum number of spindles up to 1632 with a 4QM drive for drafting system with T-Flex drive. LRJ9 operating with a simple system provides duo compact nozzle. Thanks to its synthetic apron with perforations, less maintenance and longer life is provided. TPI change from display and maximum spindle speed up tp 25000 rpm is other features of the machine.
