End point that Autocoro technology reaches: BD 6

Developed and introduced by Saurer Schlafhorst which offers innovative solutions in the field of ring and rotor spinning, the new semi-automatic rotor spinning machine BD 6 stands out with its licensed digital technology. Being the last chain of BD series which proved itself in the field of rotor spinning, BD 6 has become even stronger with digital yarn fastening having high yarn fastening security and highly delicate bobbin winding technology of Autocoro.

Reaching a spinning speed of 200 meter/minute with its standard equipment, BD 6 can reach a speed of 230 meter/minute at 480 spindles owing to DigiPiecing offered optionally. With the newly developed cross BD bobbins of 300 mm diameter, BD 6 can catch the quality of Autocoro in terms of size, homogeneity and          unwind adhesion. In BD 6, standard equipment is provided for yarn fastening only with master-piecing and digital key components.

Intuitive Interface

Offering ease of use with the developed NSB 6 spinning box, BD 6 is suitable for use with buckets of 16 and 20 inch. Giving information about the operation status of the spindle with the 3-colour LED signalisation system, BD 6 has an intuitive touch-operated interface which saves time.

Having two digital yarn cleaner options as Corolab Q2 and Corolab F2, BD 6 has a digital yarn thickness control Corolab Q 2 which eliminates thick and thin sites and inappropriate yarn fastening places in a reliable manner while Corolab F2 clears yarn of foreign fibres for yarns of higher quality.

Thanks to MultiLot, different lots can be manufactured simultaneously on two sides of BD 6. With Pilot Group application, numerous settings can be changed during the operation of the machine. In BD 6, thanks to Fancynation feature, a button is pressed and design can be transformed into production data. At the same time, BD 6 where yarns of thickness up to Ne 1/Nm 1.7 offers suitable production alternatives for yarn manufacturers.
