Being the sole supplier of yarn spinning machine, Rieter introduced the semi-automated R-35 open-end yarn machine that it produced.
Designed for high efficiency, higher yarn quality, minimum addition quality variation, effective yarn quality monitoring, less energy consumption and ergonomic and user-friendly use, R-35 will offer solutions for the loss of efficiency and product quality problems of yarn manufacturers with this semi-automatic open-end yarn machine.
Optimal operating conditions, cleaning of rotor, preparation for addition process or removal of yarn faults from the bobbin and reducing personnel faults are targeted. Thus, R-35 open-end yarn machines reach a perfect accessibility together with low operating height. This ensures efficiency and yarn quality.
R-35 semi-automated open-end yarn machine was manufactured by Rieter which provides economic solutions by increasing the productivity of the yarn manufacturers. Designed to receive high yield in all applications, R 35 was developed for all applications requiring long operation performance with 460 spinning positions at a rotor speed up to 120 000 rpm and delivery speed up to 200 m/min even at full machine length.
S 35 Spinning Box
At R 35 where setting of the winding width and edge displacement are made electronically through the touch screen, the newly developed S 35 Spinning Box has been combined with Q 10 Yarn Cleaner and a better spinning stability has been achieved and thus, yarn resistance has been increased and use of low cost mixtures has become possible.
Outstanding flexibility of R 35 open-end yarn machine is ensured by two transport belts of yarn bobbins as well as independent drives found on both sides of the machine. While it is possible to process two lots in a machine simultaneously, it is possible to continue production on some side and making lot change on the other side.
AMIspin® semi-automated addition system
Developed in the light of the experience of Rieter in the segment of yarn, AMIsping® was developed by using individual feeding drive for the belt upon the implementation of the addition technology used in Rieter's other open-end yarn machines.
After the yarn end is prepared and rotor is cleansed, the addition process can be realized as soon as the spinning box is closed. In this way, productivity and quality reach the highest level.
The machine has a simplified system owing to the insertion of the yarn end prepared with R 35 on the delivery pipe and location of the yarn inlet on the front and therefore, addition process is facilitated and time loss of the operator is minimized. It helps preserving high machine yield even with high break rate and a lower number of staff for yarn manufacturers.
