In Turkey, three companies have been recognised by the Belcoro Certification of Schlafhorst which is globally known. Thus, Beyteks Tekstil from Ceyhan, Akarca Mensucat and Elif İplik from Kahramanmaraş certified that they produce yarns at the highest quality. Belcoro Quality Certificate is awarded for yarns produced in Autocoro open-end machines of Schlafhorst.
Ali Abdullah İlbeyli, a Member of the Board of Directors of Beyteks stated that they produce more than 20 thousand tons of certified yarns per year, and because of this situation, Belcoro certificate is an integral part of quality management. He also added: "Through Belcoro certification, we show our customers that Beyteks manufactures yarns at high quality and also maintains this high quality level in the long term. The Belcoro seal of approval will thus become a permanent element of our marketing communications.".
Yarn Producers from Kahramanmaraş Certified Their Quality
For Akarca Mensucat, Belcoro is above all a seal of quality for its high-speed yarns. Chairman of the company's executive board, Yusuf Akarca said that the company has been able to increase its productivity by 50% with Schlafhorst's new Autocoro 8 rotor spinning machines and he added that: ''We have benefited inestimably from the know-how transfer in the certification process. We certified the best quality in terms of economical conditions. We satisfy our customers with an optimum quality.''.
High speed and high quality are also important for Elif İplik which manufactures 13,000 tonnes of viscose yarn annually and increased its productivity by 40% with the new Autocoro 8 machines. Stating that they don't want to just grow and achieve more economical production, General Manager of Elif Tekstil, Mahmut Kalkan continued his speech as follows: "With the Belcoro signet on our packages and consignments, we aim to signal to our customers and the market that our yarns are of outstanding premium quality. The Belcoro label is as important to us as an ISO certificate.".
Criteria of Belcoro is Quality
Belcoro yarns are much sought after by weaving and knitting mills the world over, as they can be processed downstream smoothly and yield superb results. Testing is carried out at a Schlafhorst textile laboratories accredited in accordance with DIN ISO 9001.
