Besides, in Autocoro 8 where samples and trial bobbins can be prepared without production loss, 80 % faster machine opening is possible. Thanks to single drive and digital controller, the qualities of the yarn and bobbins can be adjusted, yarn-breaks are reduced by 50 % owing to 8 cross bobbins of Autocoro 8, edges of bobbins are flat and yarn winding is of better quality.
Compact Structure
Combining the cost effectiveness of long machines with the flexibility of short machines, Autocoro 8 allows for producing five separate lots at the same time as well as selecting how many spindles to use for each lot. While Autocoro 8 ensures savings in raw materials, logistic costs, freight and personnel expenses and energy costs, it can make machine maintenance even during production.
