Offering innovative solutions in the field of ring and rotor spinning, Saurer Schlafhorst achieved an important market share with Autocoro 8. Thanks to the renewed technology, Autocoro 8 can reach up to 200.000 rpm and makes 15 % higher amount of production with 552 spindles. With the single engine technology developed, Autocoro is 13 % smaller than the belt driven machines manufactured by its rivals and it can make lot separation when needed without the necessity of stopping all the spindles beforehand during the change of a lot or spinning components.
Having the most innovative rotor spinning box of the world, Autocoro 8 can reach to 300 m/min at all machine sizes while a high quality of piecing-up can be achieved with DiiPiecing. Besides, in Autocoro 8 where samples and trial bobbins can be prepared without production loss, 80 % faster machine opening is possible. Thanks to single drive and digital controller, the qualities of the yarn and bobbins can be adjusted, yarn-breaks are reduced by 50 % owing to 8 cross bobbins of Autocoro 8, edges of bobbins are flat and yarn winding is of better quality.
Compact Structure
Combining the cost effectiveness of long machines with the flexibility of short machines, Autocoro 8 allows for producing five separate lots at the same time as well as selecting how many spindles to use for each lot. While Autocoro 8 ensures savings in raw materials, logistic costs, freight and personnel expenses and energy costs, it can make machine maintenance even during production. It provides flexibility thanks to its 50 % longer cleaning intervals. In Autocoro 8 where concurrent production is allowed up to 5 lots, 5 different fancy yarns can be spun at the same time.
Kahramanmaraşlı Elif Tekstil
Elif Tekstil, a textile company based in Kahramanmaraş, is one of the companies preferring Autocoro 8 which has a 30 % share in the spindles delivered by Schlafhorst in the last 10 years. With take-up speeds up to 240 m/min, Elif Tekstil has increased its productivity per spinning by 40 % by ensuring 30 % less energy. Belcoro-certified Elif Tekstil, one of the leading Turkish companies with its 13.000 tonnes of viscose each year, produces primarily knitting yarns in counts of 28-30 Nm.
