Specialized in nonwoven technologies, ANDRITZ Nonwoven from ANDRITZ Group will exhibit its innovative product range in CINTE Techtextil China and ITMA Asia.

ANDRITZ Wuxi Nonwoven Technology Co. Ltd., production plant of ANDRITZ Nonwoven which offers solutions for the Asian nonwoven industry in China is known with its manufacturing, service and R&D solutions. Offering full-line solutions along with a perfect service quality, ANDRITZ Wuxi presents all kinds of services including pilot plant and testing standards to its clients.

ANDRITZ facility in Wuxi hosts a high-tech needle line at the industrial scale. This line has a needle punch including an A.30 aXcess needleloom available both at down-stroke and up-stoke set-ups. Having a proven industrial speed of 1.200 rpm and working width up to 6 meters, this system is particularly suitable for high quality needling for automobile felts, filtration and geo-textile applications.

The roll service center consists of various roll types with diameters up to 1 m and lengths up to 10 m as well as high tech grinding equipment and a test stand. Test stand makes the performance control on such roll parameters as line force, speed and temperature under production conditions. All roll types can be repaired, renewed and replaced in the service center of ANDRITZ Wuxi.

The versatile partner of the nonwoven industry, ANDRITZ Nonwoven has developed nonwoven aXcess range in order to meet the demands of the manufacturers who have medium capacity requirements especially in emerging markets. ANDRITZ Nonwoven aXcess portfolio includes needle punch as well as lines and individual machines for spunlace and calendaring processes. The latest development within the ANDRITZ aXcess range is neXcal twin aXcess. This calender is based on the neXcal twin technology which is well-known and has proven itself. Designed in a speed range up to 600 m and standard roll width up to 3.800 mm per minute, neXcal twin aXcess perfectly meets the demands of medium-capacity production of 12.000 t/a. The three-roll calender, with one roll in production position and one roll in standby position, provides the highest flexibility in the nonwoven market.
