Anadolu İplik Will Grow With Oerlikon

Preferred by textile manufacturers thanks to the new technologies they develop, Oerlikon sold the WINGS POY system developed for polyamide yarns, firstly to Turkey. The technology purchased by Anadolu İplik that was established in 2010 allows high efficiency, ease of use and energy saving. In his statement, Tuncay Uzun, Anadolu İplik’s CEO said that they purchased the system for polyamide 6 yarn production and emphasised that the gains delivered by Oerlikon Barmag Wings technology particularly in terms of superlative efficiency and yarn quality affected their choice.

Anadolu İplik that was established in 2010 attracts interest with successful works achieved in a short time. Intending to increase their capacity every passing period, the company makes difference with their organization specialised in high quality polyamide yarn production. It was explained that Anadolu İplik performed purchase twelve polyamide 6 FDY yarn production, in parallel with ATT take-up unit and nine eFK texturing machines. The company that is stated to be a leading manufacturer of fine denier polyamide 6 destined for use in ladies’ outer apparel, in underwear and as lining fabrics for sports apparel aims to double its production capacity in the medium term.

Delivers High Efficiency

It was emphasized that selling this technology firstly to Turkey is a significant success for Oerlikon. It was reported that Turkey has recently been developing in niche fields and the innovation produced will meet the related demands. WINGS technology developed by Oerlikon Barmag for polyester POY processes stands out with its quality production and high   efficiency. Oerlikon Group noted for their technologies developed in accordance with the demands has expanded its market share in this segment. The company dominates 55% of global market in its field.

One of the striking features of WINGS technology is that it reduces the space requirements by around 35%. It is also stated that the machine consumes 25% less energy than its equivalents.  In addition to the ease of use, another advantage of WINGS is defined as producing yarns that are perfectly tailored to the requirements of the DTY process.
