At the 12th Corporate Governance Awards organized by the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey, the company was once again awarded the title of "The 2nd Company with the Highest Corporate Governance Rating" this year. The Corporate Governance Awards are important as they certify that companies effectively establish management and internal control mechanisms, protect the rights of shareholders and stakeholders fairly, identify and actively manage all corporate governance risks, and maintain their public disclosure and transparency activities at a high level.
Ranked First in Yalova in Patent Applications
Under the auspices of the T.C. Ministry of Industry and Technology, taken into life with the cooperation of Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the winners of the “Hezarfen Bursa-Yalova” project have been disclosed. Aksa Akrilik has ranked as the first in Yalova by lodging 9 patent applications since 2017. The company also ranked first in the number of trademark applications and was also considered deemed worthy of an award in this field. The Hezarfen Bursa-Yalova project weighs importance since it aims to enhance the innovation capacity of SMEs.
