Italian machine producer Marzoli has developed a technological machine array that extends from the blowroom to the ring frame. Marzoli which has enlarged its new carding line with three new machines presents both speed in production and saving with these machines that are not only technological but also environmentally friendly.
Delivery speed of machines DF1 and DFR1 produced by SIEMENS, in which high productivity engines are used, is raised up to 1100 meter per minute. Traction machines in which new draft system is used to realize a perfect fiber checking are furnished with high dust cleanup and new absorption system. They are facilitated to use with the new design with the aim of preventing the accumulation of fiber and dust inside the tube.DF1 and DFR1 that have the design system which can be arranged with the touch- screen decrease the energy consumption up to 10 %. The machine consisting of design system with barometric pressure and with a 3-over-3 guide roller is put on the market by grounding on the Marzoli’s qualification control and follow-up of spare part services.
Another innovation developed by Marzoli itself is LW3 silk spinning machine. LW3’s average delivery speed, which makes production more than 620 kg per hour, can raise up to 190 mt per minute. The machine that has the central absorption system shortens its period of addition and removal of production up to 20 seconds .LW3 that has the high qualified laps to have perfect unwrapping in carding uses 3-over-3 system in drafting unit. The machine providing less hairiness with new technical developments and new spin formation enhances the quality with new technologies.
Marzoli, proceeding its productions to meet the intensive demands of the market, shows its face to the buyers with a machine important in carding by combining speed, capacity and technology with CM7. The machine in which semi –crests and detaching rollers provide a new movement system decreases the energy consumption up to 15 %. CM7 whose speed goes up to 600 nips per minute brings new kinematical and electronic solutions to the production. The machine which has the crests cleaning up itself with developed fans provides a high quality with a rate below 5 % in crested braid.
Marzoli Comes To The ITM 2012
The important performer of spinning sector Marzoli which will attend 2012 ITM Istanbul Fair is going to introduce new machines. Marzoli, aiming at attracting attention especially of Asian will present its innovations in Gelileo Line. It will observe the most current version of MAC1 machines in the fair.
