15.6 inch screen central unit LZE-V as used in YarnMaster ZENIT+, providing a complete overview of all quality and production related data at the touch of a button by providing real time information with live graphics about all winding positions. Thanks to this, in addition to collecting all machine data, YarnMaster 3N1 saves the time used to collect each rotor information and can report a detailed production information such as the yarn quality, yarn additions, foreign materials, polypropylene errors, stop reasons, and measurement values.

Fast Intervention

Thanks to trend reporting integrated to the system, YarnMaster 3N1 provides the charts back to 5 days to the operator about stop times of winding positions individually or totally and enables to monitor production differences in each shift, the influence to quality, the machine productivity ans so on. On the other hand, YarnMaster 3N1 monitors 30 winding positions having the highest and lowest values by comparing the machine average and YarnMaster 3N1 enables to intervene to rotors immediately and eliminates the production loss.
