In 2019, Yarn Expo Spring, one of the most important industry events sourcing fibers and yarns, attracted 28,302 buyers from 87 countries and regions, a % 9 per cent increase compared to 2018, as well as 468 exhibitors from 12 countries and regions.
Yarn Expo 2020, which serves as a fast-developing springboard to reach and attract Chinese and international buyers, will be held on March 11-13, 2020 at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Centre, in an area of 26,000 square meters in hall 8.2.

According to the World Trade Organization, global textile trade has seen record growth within a year. China managed to place itself among the top three exporters and importers.
