DOMOTEX Hannover, which is the biggest meeting point of the carpet and floor covering industry in the world, has again received intense global interest in Hannover, Germany between 10 and 13 January 2020.
With Atmysphere, the main theme of the fair this year, the aspects of products that are promoting themes of nature and sustainability were emphasized. 35 Thousand Visitors Attended the Fair
A total of 35 thousand visitors, 70% from abroad, attended the fair to discover the latest trends, products and solutions offered by 1,400 companies from 60 different countries. Turkey alone, a total of 26 991 square meters area with the 190 exhibitor has contributed most in the history of the event.
The most elegant stands and product portfolio of Turkish companies, whom participated in the fair, overwhelmingly preferred by the visitors, including machine-made carpet, hand-made carpet, wall-to-wall carpet, flexible surface material, yarn, mat, machinery and accessories, parquet and laminate products.

DOMOTEX International Director Sonia Wedell-Castellano noted that they are very happy due to the positive comments and reactions we have communicated in DOMOTEX 2020 and the general fair atmosphere coupled with the visitor numbers reflect a continuing trend towards increasing market density. About 90% of incoming visitors have decision-making powers in their companies, and half of them are placed at the top management level.”
