Textowear Magazine that makes powerful broadcasting in the textile sector, continues the tradition to monitor the sector's most important events in its place. Textowear which made a strong entrance to 2014 attended to exhibitions such as Ifexpo in Turkey, Milano Unica in Italy, Modamont in France, DTG in Bangladesh, Intertextil Shangai in China. While our magazine which followed the textile sector from Europe to Asia, had face to face meeting with exhibitors and visitors, performed the distribution of the current magazine in significant numbers. In addition, in the exhibitions where our stand received intense interest, informations about Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Exhibition KTM 2014 were given and invitations were distributed to industry professionals.
Great interest to our stand at Ifexpo Exhibition
International Istanbul Socks and Underwear exhibition Ifexpo 2014, was held in Tüyap Exhibition and Congress Center between 6-8 February 2014. Ifexpo 2014 exhibition that gives direction to the socks, underwear and swimwear fashion, presented 2014-2015 autumn-winter designs to the sector. The Ifexpo 2014 exhibition which is organized for important manufacturing groups such as socks, underwear and swimwear products, the Turkish textile sector come to the fore in the world market, domestic and foreign industry professionals met our country's largest textile manufacturers. At the exhibition where 136 companies attended, the stand of our publishing group attracted great interest.
We are the only publishing group that monitors Milano Unica
Italy's major fabric and accessories exhibition Milano Unica 18th Edition, was held in Portello Fieramilanocity exhibition area between 11-13 February. To the exhibition where 2015 Spring-Summer collections were displayed, about 19 thousand buyers and visitors attended. In the latest edition of Milano Unica textile exhibition, four prestigious parts were created about experience and a tradition of quality. These four parts: Moda In where avant-garde textile materials took place, Ideabiella where prestigious men's and women's clothing fabic collections were exhibited, Ideacomo for distinguished collections for women and Shirt Avenue for traditional and innovative shirting fabrics. As being the only Turkish company and publishing group that participated in this important event, our stand received intense interest during the exhibition. At the exhibiton where a significant number of current magazine distribution was made to the visitors, also informations about Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Exhibition KTM 2014 were given.Germany, Spain, England, Sweden, China, Russia, Japan and Turkey took place amont the global increase in the number of countries.
Modamont Is Satisfied About The Number Of The Visitors
In France's capital Paris, at the Nord-Villepinte exhibition area between 18-20 February, under the roof of Premiere Vision Pluriel, 5 exhibitions were held. Among the exhibitions organized under Premiere Vision Pluriel; Expofil where fiber and yarn industry products were exhibited, Première Vision where clothing fabrics were exhibited, Indigo where designed patterns took place, Modamont where accessories and textile industries took place and Zoom where (tailor) cut garment products were exhibited, also the leather sector took part at the events. Modamont which is the global market's most important fashion and accessory products exhibition, had a 19.9 percent increase in participants compared to last year's February edition. To Modamont which pleased the participants with the number of quality visitors, in total 18.550 visitors came. Our publishing group which participated with a stand to Modamont Exhibition, distributed current magazines, held direct meetings with industry professionals.
Asian Market Under The Spotlight
The importance of the Asian market for textiles is very large, especially Far Eastern countries that are showing development in the field of production, continues to globalize with important exhibitions. Especially mainly China, India, Bangladesh and Pakistan are among the most important producers. Our publishing group, continues the tradition to monitor the exhibitions in its place. Dhaka International Textile and Garment Machinery Exhibition (DTG), was held in Bangladesh between 12-15 February. Our Publishing Group which participated in this exhibition with a stand, observed this exhibition where European and Asian machinery manufacturers meet with the local textile and garment manufacturers.
Intertextil Shanghai International Apparel Fabrics and Accessories Spring Edition which is the biggest exhibition of the Asian Market, was held in China between 3-5 March. The exhibition which opened its doors with more than 1.400 participants from 23 countries, was visited by over 1000 sector representatives. The exhibition which was held in Beijing last year and this year moved to Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center, was followed by the editors of Textowear Magazine, in its place. This year due to the coordination problems Uludağ Exporters Association (UİB) experienced with the Ministry, it could not get the required permissions for Turkey's pavilion participation from the Ministry. Therefore, only 4 companies from Turkey participated in the exhibition. SalonEurope and Milano Unica pavilions which attracted the most attention in the past year, Europe's leading suppliers of fabrics and accessories met with the local buyers. Parallel to the agreement signed between Milano Unica and Intertextile Apparel Fabrics, there was an increase in the number of Italian participants.
Our tradition to follow the exhibitions held in Turkey, Europe and Asia in its place, will continue in the coming months. While we find opportunities to meet industry professionals by attenting to global exhibitions, we also have an opportunity to share our publications with the visitors. Our magazine will continue to transfer the developments in the textile industry by following it closely and writing the news as detailed, current and unbiased.
Intense interest in our stand Texbridge Trade
Texbridge Fabrics and Accessories Fair was held in Istanbul CNR Expo Center on March 26-28. Turkish textile and apparel industry's highest level of internal and external trade requirements aimed at responding to the fair with a stand Publication joined our group. Paid a visit to the world famous brand purchases over 200 exhibitors at the fair, Our editors had the opportunity to interview with. Knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, denim, yarn, accessories and aftermarket product groups where we saw intense interest in the fair booth. Exhibitors and visitors up to date with KTM in 2014 while sharing our magazine positive about the fair presentation of the interviews were conducted.
