Textil Dünyası, which attended as visitor and participant in such fairs as Heimtextile in January, DTG, Milano Unica, Premier Vision fairs in February, will meet with its readers in IDEA in April, in ITM in May and both Shanghaitex in Asia and Techtextile and Texprocess in two continents.
Textile sector’s pioneer media organ Textil Dünyası Magazine continues its convention to follow the sector on site. Our magazine, appearing in the activities that all of the sector’s players attended, will participate in the important fairs covering 2013’s textile segment. Textil Dünyası participated in most of the activities of the sector. After participating in Heimtextil Frankfurt 2012 held in German, Textil Dünyası’s finger was on the pulse of the sector in Milano Unica in Italy and Premier Vision in France and DTG fairs in Bangladesh. DTG, one of the most important textile fairs of Bangladesh, was held between the dates of 31 January- 3 February 2013. Textil Dünyası Magazine distributed lots of free magazine in the fair which entertained guests with its textile machine, accessories and fabric concept. Our magazine, which was present at the fair as the only participant of Turkey, followed the developments closely in the Asia market which continuously grows.
The Only Turkish Media Organ Participated in Milano Unica: Textil Dünyası
Textil Dünyası participated in the biggest home textile fair of the world, Heimtextil Frankfurt 2013 which was held in Germany between the dates of 9-12 January. In the fair, in which contract textiles and their maintainability became prominent, our Textile Dünyası Magazines drew great attention. We met sector’s players one on one in the fair in which we participated with a strong editorial team. Milano Unica, which is Italy’s and Europe’s important fabrics and accessories fair, was one of our important stop points of this year. Having 4 different activities in itself, in Milano Unica there was; Moda In with its Avant-garde textile materials, Ideabiella in which prestigious man and woman’s wear fabric collections were exhibited, Ideacorno for premium woman collections and Shirt Avenue for conventional and innovational shirt fabrics. We were the only Turkish media organ present in this activity. In the meetings that our editors had here with the producers and costumers coming from Italy and Europe, the expectations of the next season were discussed.
Apart from these fairs, the fabrics and accessories, which will set the trend of the next year, was presented to the guests in Premier Vision in Paris. Textil Dünyası, participated in the activity held in Parc d’Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte between the dates of 12-14 February, distributed lots of magazines to the guests. Premier Vision’s next edition will be held in the date of 17-19 September 2013 and we will take our place as Textile Dünyası in this important activity of the sector.
Fair Participation will Continue in 2013
Our April stop point will be IDEA fair which will be held in U.S.A. IDEA, which was accepted as the biggest fair of technical textile and technologies, will be held in Miami Beach Conference Center. The activity will bring together important sector representatives and professionals in 22-25 April in Miami Beach. Textil Dunyasi Magazine’s editorial team will be present in IDEA fair in 2013 April as it was in 2010. Our editors, who will participate in the fair, will convey the technological developments of technical textile and the new products.
The other activity that Textil Dunyasi Magazine will attend in May is ITM fair which will be held in İstanbul. The fair, which will be held between the dates of 29 May- 3 June 2013, is expected to have important players of world market. Textil Dünyası, which will make special news in all halls with its strong editorial team, will make one on one interview with the participant companies. A lot of questions like investment encouragement decisions, continually increasing import rate and investment expectations will be answered in Textil Dünyası Magazine. Our magazine, which will meet its readers before the fair with special edition which includes companies’ products and technologies, will continue to test the pulse of the sector after the fair with its special editions that include interviews.
Our June Stop Point is Germany
The other activity that Textile Dunyasi Magazine will attend in June is Techtextile and Texprocess fairs which will be held simultaneously in Germany. The activities, which will be performed by Messe Frankfurt in 11-13 June 2013, are expected to witness novelties. In Techtextile fair, which focuses on technical textile that grows continually, Textile Dünyası Magazine will meet its readers for free. As it is known, in terms of product categories, along with the basic groups such as; nonwoven, composite textiles, fiber and thread, functional wear textiles were included as well in 2013 Techtextile fair. The fair, which increased its sphere of influence with the development in product categories, will present special information with symposiums about the issues that the sector discusses. It is anticipated that in the fair as much as the machine and the technologies, brandization and high value-added production processes are to be discussed.
As a sectoral publication, we give importance to follow all of the activities in all continents on site. Along with the fairs in Europe, the ones in America and Asia are in our activity schedule as well. Our magazine, which will be present in lots of global activities, will follow the global market in June in two groups. Some of our editorial team will be in Asia and the other group will follow the fairs in Europe. In Shanghaitex fair, which will be held in 10-13 June, our current issues will be presented. In Shanghaitex, which focuses on prolificacy, energy save and the new materials in textile industry, we will both closely follow the new projects of the producers and establish dialogue with the textile producers of the market and convey the information to our readers.
