Textechno Herbert Stein GmbH & Co. KG which manufactures the leading textile test laboratory devices of the world and its affiliated partner Lenzing Instruments will present its latest innovations to the visitors at ITMA Milano. Exhibiting the latest developments in the test devices for fibres, yarns, nonwovens and fabrics, Textechno will launch MDTA 4 microdust-, neps-, trash-, and fibre-length tester as well as the automatic capacitive evenness and count tester for slivers and rovings COVASLIVE.
Favimat +
At the stand of Textechno which will exhibit the latest innovations in Favimat+ that is used to test various fibres including umphe, glass, carbon and aramid and is considered among the most important test devices with its structure combining six single-fibre test methods, Covafil+ designed by Textechno for filament yarns will also be displayed. Compatible with working with MDTA 4, Covafil+ is identified as a reliable quality control system. Ensuring that all yarn parameters are tested at the same time, Covafil+ can adjust to various applications.
Statimat DS
Statimat DS, another innovation to be exhibited at Textechno’s stand, offers a new series of automatic tensions tests of Textechno. Offering integrated solutions, Statimat DS performs tensile test, shear test, evenness test and yarn count measurement which are the most important four test methods of textile yarns and threads.
Beside to these machines, Textechno will also introduce the latest innovations in Covatest, capacitive evenness tester for slivers, rovings and staples; Dynafil Cu, dynamic thermal stress tester for draw-, crimp- and shrinkage-force testing; Dynafil Me, universal filament yarn testing device and Dynajet, weak spot tester at ITMA Milano.
